We are a boutique consulting and advisory firm with a global footprint, delivering innovative solutions at the intersection of energy development, land use, natural resources and public infrastructure. Our team encompasses several decades of multi-disciplinary expertise and experience in its consulting and advisory practice.

Meet The Team

Our Leadership

Roget V. Bryan is an accomplished attorney and innovative project consultant, providing a diverse range of legal counsel and advisory services to government entities, individuals, small businesses, large corporations, non-profit organizations and international sporting institutions.  Mr. Bryan excels in helping clients navigate dynamic and rapidly evolving challenges facing both government and the private sector, having cultivated specialized expertise and in the areas of land use, comprehensive planning and zoning regulations, sustainability and resiliency, transportation infrastructure, public utilities, and energy development.

 

His expertise in matters of land use, environmental policy, public works and utilities, sustainable infrastructure development, climate adaptation and water resources management  encompasses  a wide spectrum of professional work, including drafting comprehensive planning and land development regulations for local governments, negotiation and crafting of complex agreements for land development projects, design-build and EPC capital infrastructure projects, affordable/workforce housing projects, interlocal and intergovernmental cooperation agreements, and public-private partnerships (P3s). He is highly proficient in navigating the intricacies of energy project financing mechanisms, including project finance, power purchase agreements, tax credits, grants, and P3s, thereby ensuring that his clients have access to the necessary resources to implement diverse energy projects at desired scale.  

Mr. Bryan has appeared before US Federal Government agencies, the Florida Governor Cabinet and State agencies, and Florida District and Circuit Courts on a wide range of legal, policy and advocacy matters. He has been recognized by Florida Trend magazine as one of the Legal Elite: Top Government Attorneys in the State of Florida. He is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in City, County and Local Government law, and is a Certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance. Mr. Bryan obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from Tufts University and jointly earned his Juris Doctorate (Law) and Master of Science degrees in International Affairs from Florida State University.

Professor Anthony T. Bryan is a leading scholar and an independent consultant on energy development, security, geopolitics, and renewable energy in the Caribbean and a widely published scholar on regional security issues in the circum-Caribbean. He is a Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Caribbean Policy Consortium and an Honorary Senior Fellow with the Institute of International Relations at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, in Trinidad and Tobago. 

 

Professor Bryan's academic career includes tenured professorships at the University of Rhode Island, and at the University of the West Indies-St. Augustine, where he was also the Director of the Institute of International Relations for a decade. He has also been a visiting professor at the University of Texas at Austin, Indiana University at Bloomington, Georgetown University, Universidad Simón Bolívar in Caracas, Venezuela, and the Graduate School of International Studies at the University of Geneva, Switzerland. 

Professor Bryan has been associated at various global "think tanks" including as Senior Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Residential Fellow in the Latin American Program at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Senior associate of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), and Director of the Caribbean Studies Program at the North-South Center of the University of Miami. 

Professor Bryan is the author/editor of 10 books and numerous articles, and has been routinely engaged for his commentary on variety of issues by television, radio and digital media entities for decades. He has been a member of several cabinet-appointed committees in Trinidad and Tobago and has spearheaded reviews of foreign policy and the restructuring of the diplomatic service. He has also testified on U.S.-Caribbean trade and security issues before United States Congressional Committees on several occasions. Professor Bryan earned his Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts degrees and his PhD degree in Latin American History from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.
